Preschool Programs
Talk, Sing, Read, Write, Play!
If you don't already offer a baby or toddler time at your library, try hosting one. Start small and your group will grow!
An excellent resource for songs, fingerplays, scarf activities, what-have-you, is Jbrary.

Other fun things to do with babies and toddlers (and even preschoolers)? Goo Bags, Scarves, and Parachutes!
Don't forget to try your hand with storytime yoga, or incorporating yoga poses in with toddler time. The books below (images from Amazon) are great inspiration for storytime yoga. I've used "Duck on a Bike" for preschoolers, and "Brown Bear" for toddlers. "Storytime Yoga" has a lot of good information for older children. Familiarize yourself with some animal poses, and you are set to go!

Be sure to look at kidsyogastories.com (link from the picture). They have so many ideas, tips, and resources. Plus, they are very quick at responding to their email if you have questions.

Below are some fun apps you can use to enhance toddler times, preschool storytime, or have loaded on to devices for in-library play.
